Lori Davis,
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer of IsLove, Lori Davis brings over 25 years of expertise in business, project, and human resources management along with the insight, vision, and enthusiasm necessary to garner impressive results. A native of Washington, D.C., she started her career in special education and human resources and then moved to the nonprofit sector, working as an Ombudsman at a healthcare organization.
She began working in production where she was exposed to all facets of film production, budgeting, and marketing. In addition to her work in production, Lori served as President/CEO of Vidya Group Inc., a full-service management agency comprised of Vidya Talent, which represented union/non-union talent for film, television, theater (stage and musical), commercials, voice-over and print and Vidya Business, which offered a range of services, including monthly books, payroll, accounts payable, business consulting and management.
Lori joined a training and development organization in 2014 and currently serves as the Manager of Getting Things Done. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization’s projects with federal government agencies as well as private sectors. She also serves as the principal liaison between the organization and its valued clients. Lori builds loyalty through outreach, interaction, and continuous improvement of services.
Lori also serves on the Board of Directors of Vertical Horizon NY as well as the Medical Roots Project.
